Karimah's vision is to see a world where all nature and people thrive within our generation. Originally from a small town in India, Karimah's family journeyed from villages to North America over generations, seizing opportunities along the way. Recognizing her privilege, she realized her core purpose is to create a world where everyone has the chance to rise.

As a global citizen, Karimah has lived and worked in over 40 countries, collaborating with diverse individuals and organizations, from coffee and oil palm farms in Sumatra to international NGOs and corporate C-suites. With over 20 years of experience in senior roles at huge organizations, she focuses on integrating people and planet strategies and driving industry innovation for environmental and social impact.
